Grunwerg is pleased to be involved with the Roux Scholarship, the UK's leading competition for young chefs.
Global Knives has been an official supporter of the Scholarship for almost a decade now, assisting the Roux family in recognising and rewarding aspiring talent.
Judges include, as well as Michel and Albert Roux and their respective sons Alain and Michel Roux Junior, Andrew Fairlie; Heston Blumenthal; David Nicholls; Gary Rhodes and Brian Turner.
Congratulations goes to this year’s winner, Hrishikesh Desai who receives Global knives and accessories as part of his outstanding achievement.
