The G-2 is a 20cm chefs knife and was entered into the which? Test lab along with 19 other knives.
The testing takes into consideration; price, weight, material, dishwasher safe, sharpness, food preparation tests, ease of use, handle comfort and safety. You then use a ‘forwards and backwards’ motion with your knife which ensures that the blade is sharpened at the correct angle.
